PAYMENT
Upfront payment or 50% deposit required for Showroom R Series Retractable show displays. Any discounts reflect on invoices. Additionally, an itemized invoice emailed to complete an order.
DESIGN
Designs take 3-5 business days to complete with revisions. Additional fees may apply for substantial changes or full redesigns.
ARTWORK APPROVAL
Minor revisions within the initial concept are accommodated, though not guaranteed. Major changes may incur a design edit fee, quoted as needed. Customers myst approve all design before finalization and print; any errors must be clarified by the clients before final delivery or print.
PRINTING & SHIPPING
Printing takes 3-5 business days. Customer responsible for errors/typos. Colors printed as close as possible on screen. RGB (screen) use more dynamic colors compared to printers which use CMYK ink.
Shipping delays by UPS or Fedex due to weather or uncontrollable events are out of our control.
